Overview

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence by processing daily digital and manual applications in both Maker and Checker capacities. The role provides cross-functional support and maintains a proactive commitment to unit growth through Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates, process flow revisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager of eKYC Centralized Unit

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (job responsibilities)

• Process Corporate Business Online banking applications and maintain daily processing thresholds for both digital and manual onboarding.

• Maintain full proficiency in all onboarding workflows to support cross-functional requirements and provide departmental relief as needed.

• Support Business Online Migration and other online business services, including after-sales service requests received from branches.

• Ensure accurate MIS (Management Information System) data is available for daily and monthly reporting.

• Assist the Manager in the periodic review and update of SOPs and process workflows to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

• Ensure all activities align with compliance, policy, SOP, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned, including those related to e-KYC and TDD.

Jobholder Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.

Education/Qualification

• Possess a minimum of a Diploma or above.

Experience/Requirements

• Related working experience in a Financial Institution or related field.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
