Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive, Creator Partnerships
We're looking for an Executive/Senior Executive, Creator Partnerships who is passionate about helping our network of digital content creators grow, while taking ownership of strategic campaigns and strengthening long-term creator relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, engage, and onboard emerging and culturally relevant creators across multiple platforms in Malaysia and the region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow their audience and content quality.
- Lead initiatives to enhance creator engagement, including anniversary gifting, community events, workshops, and other creator-focused programs.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution with creators, including concept development, content review, and approvals.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and campaign deliverables to ensure smooth collaboration between creators and brands.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client services, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of creator-related projects.
Performance Analysis & Insights
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and creator metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Drive data-informed recommendations to improve campaign outcomes, creator engagement, and overall program effectiveness.
- Maintain and update creator management systems and databases for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in multi-channel network (MCN), influencer marketing, social media marketing, project management, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing creator relationships, influencer campaigns, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and creator economy, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8, and other social platforms.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills; proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive independent projects, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Empathetic, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite tools, and presentation tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint.
