Review and provide comments on tenant concept design submissions for their outlets.
Provide design direction and store planning advice to tenants and their appointed designers.
Perform hands-on fit-out coordination with tenants fit-out teams.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works comply with approved submissions and mall regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments (Leasing, Procurement, and Facility Management) to ensure all landlord provisions and tenant requests are properly addressed.
Conduct inspections with tenants and superiors upon project completion, prior to business commencement.
Execute assigned interior design projects as required.
Regularly update the mall master plan, tenancy plans, and landlord provision schedules to ensure information accuracy and currency.
Assist in tenancy design and fit-out services for upcoming shopping mall projects when required.
Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
MinimumBachelor's Degree,Postgraduate Diploma, orProfessional DegreeinArchitecture,Interior Design, or a related field.
At least2 years of relevant working experience.
Familiarity withcurrent design trends, preferably inretail or commercial design.
Strongcreative aptitudewith proficiency indesign software and tools.
Proficient inwritten and spoken EnglishandBahasa Melayu; proficiency invernacular languagessuch asMandarinorTamilis an added advantage.
Able tomanage multiple design and fit-out projectsconcurrently.
Possessesgood interpersonal skillsand demonstrates the ability towork effectively in a team environment.
