Summary: Oversee BCKPs daily operations including sales submission, order processing, inventory control, training and updates.
Responsibilities:
a) To oversee overall operations of BCKP (Business Centre & Key-in Point) included:
Daily sales reports and money submission are accurate and complete;
All DO are signed and returned a copy to Operations Dept;
Check and verify the deposit paid by BCKP are accurate and signed and accept by Finance Department
Process Consignment stock to new BCKP;
Process consignment return, top-up consignment for BCKP and ensure the document and processes are followed.
Conduct BCKP visitation quarterly; New BCKP survey and set-up
Provide Training to BCKP on timely manner;
b) To support and assist BCKP to resolve the issues such as:
Invoice cancellation
Delivery issues
Stock received management
Inventory control
c) Assist Operation Manager for other related matter which including, system UAT, training, etc
