Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and evaluate new product proposals, including managing the reordering process for existing products
- Prepare, produce, and review management reports, ensuring alignment with overseas purchasers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze product sales performance to support procurement and merchandising decisions
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with overseas suppliers and business partners
- Ensure all procurement-related projects and product launches are delivered within the agreed timelines
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new country expansion initiatives and operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or merchandising
- Skills: Basic data entry and data analysis skills
- Language: Good command of English (written and spoken). Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage
