Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Sales Support - Provide ongoing support to sales distribution channels and business partners by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering accurate product or service information through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, in-person).
  2. Daily Operations & Process Management - Assist in the smooth running of daily operations, understanding system-related and operational matters to deliver timely and effective support.
  3. Onboarding & Distributor Management - Manage the onboarding process for business partners and handle all documentation, applications, renewals, approvals, inquiries, and correspondences related to business partners.
  4. Client & business partner's Experience Optimisation - Leverage client and business partner's experience knowledge to improve engagement processes and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and workflows.
  5. Reporting & Documentation - Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports, client reports, and maintenance of support materials such as FAQs, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration - Work with internal departments and teams to resolve complex or specialized issues promptly and effectively.
  7. Administrative & Proposal Support - Provide administrative support to sales managers, including preparation of proposal letters, agreements, trade orders, account balance info, and other client servicing needs.
  8. Policy & Procedure Enhancement - Assist in the development, documentation, and enhancement of policies, procedures, and operational processes.
  9. Project & Ad-Hoc Participation - Participate in sales support-related functions and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management to meet departmental goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance/general education degree or equivalent with two (2) years working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in or related to the financial / asset management industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Independent, mature, with initiative and pro-active.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, organized, able to manage time well and meet tight deadlines when required.
