As a Senior Executive, SME Strategic Event & Partnership, you will be responsible to drive the success of our flagship CTOS SME Biz Day event series. The role is pivotal in integrating go-to-market (GTM) strategies with event planning and execution, ensuring that the event delivers an exceptional experiences. You will coordinate the event from sponsorships, speaking slots, GTM activities, aligning internal cross-functional support and strategic partnerships.

Here's How You Will Add Value:

GTM Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for CTOS SME Biz Day, aligning event objectives with commercial goals.
  • Conduct market research to enhance event details, content and overall experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified messaging and seamless customer journeys before, during, and after the event.

Event Strategy

  • Work with marketing and event organizer for all event collaterals and marketing materials.
  • Support digital online presence for events outreach. This includes:
  • Blog posts, speaker spotlights, video teasers, social media posts, and newsletters to drive event participation.
  • Event landing sites and social media channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, program scheduling, speaker engagement, and exhibitor management for all SME Biz Day locations.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms for event registration, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.

Data Analytics

  • Analyze attendee data and feedback to optimize event content and future GTM initiatives.
  • Prepare post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in preparing insightful presentations and performance report updates to internal stakeholders, to showcase event effectiveness and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Foster relationships with government agencies, industry associations, sponsors, and key partners to enhance event value and reach.
  • Coordinate post-event communication strategies, including personalized follow-ups and tailored offers to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify strategic partners (including industry, government, associations) to collaborate.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns drive with measurable outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed:

Qualifications

  • Degree in related field.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decision-making and measure ROI.
  • Ability to travel for roadshow events as required.

Work Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in business and event outreach.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Must be able to converse in English, Malay and Chinese fluently.
  • Added advantage for candidate with written Mandarin ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fast learner and forward looking.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently.
