Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support the implementation, monitoring, and scaling of our financial inclusion and sustainability programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in program management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and grassroots outreach, contributing directly to AEON Banks mission of driving inclusive and sustainable financial solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about inclusive finance and ESG values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program support and coordination - Support the financial inclusion programme lifecycle, including development of grant application processes, documentation, and ongoing programme management
- Assist in sustainability-related reporting efforts, including data collection and coordination with internal teams
- Assist in the execution of internal and external awareness campaigns
- Assist in the planning and execution of field visits, grassroots outreach, and stakeholder briefings
- Help draft programme updates, case studies, and communications to illustrate programme value and outcomes
- Provide administrative support where necessary, ensuring smooth project operations
- Able to support the workflow effectively, with comprehensive understanding of processes/ procedures.
Job Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in programme management, community engagement, reporting or similar fields
- A strong passion for sustainability and ESG issues
- Good analytical skills and good research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for internal team and cross-functional communication
- Able to develop clear and well-structured presentation decks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areas
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus, especially for community-level engagement
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and stakeholder engagements
