Executive - Supply Chain Management, Planner

Responsibilities:

1. Forecast and pre-plan dipping line capacity by product and time horizon; coordinate changes with plant personnel.

2. Prepare monthly production schedule, input Sales Orders and demand forecasts into Product Planning Sheet, and verify data accuracy.

3. Determine ETD for Sales Orders/production enquiries, inform Sales & Marketing, and confirm orders in D365.

4. Re-schedule and confirm planned batch and transfer orders in D365, updating Bill of Material as needed.

5. Update daily actual production quantities and track all inventory movements, including WIP, raw materials, temporary packing, and packaging materials.

6. Arrange and deliver direct materials according to factory capacity, customer demand, and production schedule.

7. Conduct daily meetings with Packing Executives and lead shipment meetings to follow up on Sales Order status.

8. Coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping on packaging needs, shipment ETD changes, or required reschedules.

9. Communicate shipment ETD or product constraints to Sales & Marketing, escalating issues to Operation Manager.

10. Plan packaging material requirements, track inventory and delivery, and align with Compounding on plant capacity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience or fresh graduate.

3. Knowledge of analytical techniques for problem analysis and solution evaluation.
