Executive, Technical Support

To perform overall IT support on POS (rolling out, troubleshoot, maintenance), CCTV monitoring (network connection, troubleshoot) & IT related tasks (asset tracking, hardware & software troubleshoot, interface monitoring)

• To arrange and coordinate POS terminal set configuration and delivery to outlet for roll out.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting outlet network connection
• To liaise with certain shopping mall's management to work on the sales data integration to their server. To coordinate with MYIT to get the back-end script to transfer across the data via network to shopping mall's server.
• To manage work tasks related to POS.
• Review synchronization data accuracy between different systems and provide rectification.
• Administration task: - asset movement tracking, network billing and allocation, integration/ interface status, etc.
