JOB SUMMARY
- Managing and preparing various financial reports related to the rental of EPF and investment buildings. Key duties include preparing annual and monthly account closing reports, generating monthly doubtful debt allocation reports, and creating support schedules for annual account closings. The role also involves submitting account balance feedback to the Finance Department, processing tenant deposit returns, handling rent terminations, and making necessary adjustments to tenant accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Annual and Monthly Account Closing Reports.
- Prepare a Green book Report for closing monthly accounts related to the rental of EPF buildings and investment buildings.
- Prepare a monthly Doubtful Debt Allocation Report for monthly account closing for rental.
- Prepare a Support Schedule for annual account closing (every September and December) for building rental.
- Submitting feedback confirming the account balance under the control of the Investment Job.
- Property to the Finance Department on a monthly basis.
- AR Module Processes deposit returns to tenants who have finalized.
- Termination of rent is to be sent to the Finance Department.
- Make an adjustment JV if there is an exception of rent/late payment charges, cancellation rent bills if necessary, as well as rent deposit adjustments or amendments to the tenant's account.
- Assist in monitoring the tenant's ledger especially involving rent arrears.
- Provide feedback to JKEW regarding EPF rental.
- Prepare approval minutes and supporting documents regarding the transfer of money to the Registrar of Unclaimed Money for cases related to renting.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Pass the Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance or any related course from any local universities or overseas higher learning institutions recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
- Possess 2 years of experience in sustainability initiatives implementation and related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
