Deliver high-quality Traditional & Complementary Medicine (TCM) services
- Assist in clinical procedures and treatments.
- Conduct patient pre-screening (e.g., BP, weight, temperature, blood glucose levels).
- Upon successful privileging, perform TCM diagnostic assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and necessary investigations.
- Collaborate in the rehabilitation process to restore patients optimal functioning.
Operations & Service Efficiency
- Manage administrative functions such as appointments, screenings, patient flow, and billing in accordance with operational SOPs.
- Anticipate risks and take corrective actions to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Monitor and improve service quality based on feedback and clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to internal audits, process improvements, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with patients and caregivers.
- Provide clear information and guidance regarding treatment procedures, post-care advice, and general wellness.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Strategic Initiatives & Evidence-Based Practice
- Collaborate with supervisors on business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns and service packages.
- Participate in public education, health talks, and wellness campaigns.
- Contribute to clinical research and studies that enhance evidence-based TCM practice.
- Recommend improvements in services or treatment offerings based on patient needs and market trends
Requirements
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Traditional and Complementary Medicine (TCM) from an accredited institution
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
- Registered with practitioner body with recognized by the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council.
- Open to fresh graduates
- Basic TCM diagnostic techniques including pulse diagnosis, tongue observation, meridian assessment (under supervision/pre-privileging), vital signs and pre-screening procedures such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, blood glucose monitoring.
- Empathy and compassion to support patients physical and emotional well-being.
