Job Description

Job Summary:

The Executive specializes in both product training and soft skills development. The Executive will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employees product knowledge and interpersonal skills, contributing to overall company performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging product training programs that equip employees with in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  • Design and facilitate soft skills training sessions, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
  • Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content for both product and soft skills development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and HR, to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor training progress and provide post-training support and follow-ups to reinforce learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in product training and soft skills training.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience in e-learning development and delivery is a plus.
