Executive - Visualiser cum Production

Job Description :

1.Production Planning & Workflow Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end production workflow and timelines for marketing campaigns, festive decorations, and internal business unit (BU) requests.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with creative direction.

2.Fabrication & Setup Execution

• Execute hands-on production work including fabrication of props, décor elements, and display setups.
• Oversee installation and dismantling for campaigns, events, and festive activations.

3.Creative Development & Visualisation

• Support the development of creative concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Translate ideas into practical and visually impactful designs for execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

4.Manpower Coordination

• Supervise and manage part-time staff and contractors during production and setup.
• Allocate tasks effectively and ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

5.Inventory, Storage & Logistics Management

• Manage storage of props, materials, and equipment in an organized and efficient manner.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, setup schedules, and material handling.

Job Requirement :

1. Diploma/Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production, visual merchandising, event setup, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in production processes such as woodwork, sculpture, printing, and painting.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in 3D visualisation tools such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
• Good drawing and conceptual sketching skills.
