Job Description

Responsibilities

To oversea and manage warranty claim handling.
To educate and train outlets on warranty handling matter.
To develop warranty knowledge tools such as e-learning materials and website for educational purpose.
To analyze warranty trend and identify abnormality of warranty data.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field.
Possess thinking of continuous improvement, process improvement and process interaction.
Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated.
Good interpersonal and communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Knowledge in Information Technology (IT) is an added advantage.
