Prepare comprehensive proposals and visually appealing presentations based on clients specifications.
Coordinate seamlessly between clients and all internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and handover.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion while meeting client expectations.
Work independently, taking on responsibilities and tasks as required.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, showcasing a robust portfolio highlighting project management capabilities.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and independently with minimal supervision
