RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the execution of an efficient Operational site/plant Controlling & Analytics operation in EMEA, APAC and Americas aligned to global strategy
Develop an optimized, high performing team that meets increasing business needs
Set team goals and continuously increase team competency through training to ensure team has proper skills and knowledge to carry out duties and for future development
Lead the Regional team to deliver insightful operational analyses, reporting and planning, target setting that support regional Business operation, growth and financial performance
Support & Lead global, new, Process-development as member of BARC-OP Management team
Be a key collaborator with stakeholders including BL-global/regional PT heads and BL-Controlling
Accountable for initiating, implementing and maintaining global process improvement measures, drive automation & digitalization
Support BARC, Group, Division/BL initiatives and projects, M&A, reorganization/restructuring, process and system optimization projects.
Communicate, engage and train business partners to ensure appropriate financial insights and opportunities are understood.
Perform periodic assessment of BARC-OP service scope and performance levels with key stakeholders like BL- Controlling & PT management
Maintain and optimize Interfaces to other global & regional Financial & Procurement Organizations
