We are currently looking for experienced Expert Sales and Marketing Manager – Oral Health where you will be responsible for the development of expert market (HCPs) penetration strategies for the expert oral health market. Cultivates the knowledge of key customers and competitors. Identifies brand growth opportunities. Develop partnership with KOLs/ KEEs and HCP associations. Lead sales force team and develop their capabilities so that to make sure they understand and implement Product Marketing plan effectively to drive business goals.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the team of dental detailers to drive recommendations and direct sales for Oral Health Portfolio Brands
  • Develop capabilities of the team of dental detailers to drive business objectives
  • Build and lead a team of highly effective sales representative with disease and product knowledge that advances selling capabilities to drive performance.
  • Support career path of dental detailer team
  • Assist the detailing team with business analysis and business development plan to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Lead the development of annual market activation planning focused on 3-year growth drivers, working with a brand centric cross-functional team for Sensodyne range
  • Be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results and actively manage budget items
  • Execute global innovation vision board / NPI pipeline
  • Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at local level to deliver breakthrough results
  • Manage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global toolkits for Sensodyne range
  • Responsible for contributing to content development of all types for Sensodyne and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders e.g., Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, agencies etc. to learn, grow and excel in delivery quality content to Healthcare Professionals.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with HCP KOLs and Associations to build superior partnership
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of Expert's digital channel content strategy supporting company brand's presence for Sensodyne.
  • Responsible Expert marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, promotion, optimization, and content development.
  • Track all marketing activities and execution to comply with local laws, regulations and Haleon SOPs.
  • Assist in researching new business opportunities, and in producing and distributing marketing and business development materials.
  • Monthly business report which includes competitors update and performance update.
  • Travel to and work with detailing team to execute Expert marketing tactics and strategies, and to identify opportunities for refined or improvement.
  • Coaching and product training aligning with First SFA and product/disease/therapies presentations and training to internal and external customers, including third parties, for the accurate delivery of messages in line with LOC Expert Marketing plans and global guidelines.
  • Serve as the communication point person between project team to ensure the efficient and effective management of Expert project.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master's degree
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver results in a matrix organization
  • Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Sales experience
  • Team Management experience
  • Strong financial capabilities and business acumen
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
  • Experience in large Over the Counter (OTC) environment preferred
