We are currently looking for experienced Expert Sales and Marketing Manager – Oral Health where you will be responsible for the development of expert market (HCPs) penetration strategies for the expert oral health market. Cultivates the knowledge of key customers and competitors. Identifies brand growth opportunities. Develop partnership with KOLs/ KEEs and HCP associations. Lead sales force team and develop their capabilities so that to make sure they understand and implement Product Marketing plan effectively to drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Dental Detailers to drive recommendations, sales performance, and capability development across the Oral Health portfolio.
  • Develop and execute Expert marketing and annual market activation strategies for the Sensodyne portfolio, driving brand growth, innovation launches, and business objectives.
  • Own brand P&L, sales performance, budget management, business analysis, and identify new market opportunities to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful results.
  • Drive Expert marketing initiatives, including digital strategy, scientific content development, events, and brand communications while ensuring compliance with Haleon SOPs and local regulations.
  • Provide field coaching, product and disease training, competitor insights, and project coordination to ensure effective execution of Expert marketing strategies and continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Commercial Management, or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sales, preferably within a large OTC or FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering consumer-focused marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and managing commercial performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across global matrix organizations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to changing business needs.
