Job Description

About the Role

Network Food Industries is seeking a driven and commercially savvyof Executive / Senior Executiveto spearhead our expansion in the confectionary category across Asian markets.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong key account management experience, exposure toB2B channels, and a passion for building international business. Prior experience in theFMCG or consumer products industrywill be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Business & Commercial Management

  • Manage and grow assigned export markets to achieve revenue and profitability targets in line with the Company's Operating Budget
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels across assigned regions
  • Prepare, manage, and achieve annual sales budgets for assigned markets

2. Partner & Distributor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and key partners in assigned markets
  • Build, manage, and strengthen distributor relationships aligned with company and brand objectives
  • Drive effective in-market execution including distribution coverage, promotions, and brand development

3. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements
  • Prepare market and competitive analysis reports with actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches, line extensions, and market entry strategies

4. Reporting & Management Support

  • Present business performance, insights, and recommendations to mid and senior management
  • Submit accurate and timely weekly progress and sales reports
  • Support management in evaluating business trends, risks, and growth initiatives

5. Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirement

Academic or trade qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Work experience and skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the FMCG, Consumer products, is preferred
  • Track record of successfully applying consultative selling strategic business skills to achieve or exceed
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in key account management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Required Knowledge - Strategies to attract customers, production and processing knowledge and effective leadership talents which includes people development.
  • Required skill (s) - Good networking capabilities, strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent negotiation skills.
