Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & manage sales budget in line with sales volume and profitability targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve sales target/budget and increase brand visibility.
  3. Liaison with customers concerning market activities, sales, complains, new product development, factory visit, payment term and collection.
  4. Prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting new customers or developing new market segment to grow the existing export sales network in the assigned territory.
  5. Prepare monthly sales forecasting activities and to ensure achieving of the forecast sales.
  6. To constantly review sales performance of customers to ensure achieving of sales target/budget.
  7. Carry out market research to analyze market and determine market needs, latest trends, preferences, competitor's activities and pricing.
  8. Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
  9. Liaison with other departments concerning delivery, production schedule, new product development, payment term, credit limit and collection.
  10. Develop & maintain professional relationship with all stakeholders, supervise achievement of sales targets assigned to customers and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
  11. Formulate fruitful and cost-effective travel plan to the assigned areas to provide business supports, to build up good rapport and to explore business opportunities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Preferably with 2-3 years industry experience in export sales, building material industry, tiles or flooring materials.
  3. Preferably with Mandarin and English proficiency as representative is required to explore USA and Chinese market.
  4. Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficient in inco-terms and export business operations.
  6. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  7. Strong business trip planning and forecasting capabilities.
  8. Able to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  9. Knowledge of key industry players and technical understanding of tile products is an added advantage.
