Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.
The Role
Responsibilities:
1. Home Charging
- Support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of AC charging initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to support AC charging operations and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and support sales target achievement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations related to AC charging services to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to support sales activities and operational efficiency.
- Monitor accounts and financial processes to ensure timely payment collection and vendor disbursement.
2. Charging Map
- Support the planning and execution of charging map initiatives and related strategies.
- Coordinate with charging service providers and partners to support charging map development and operations.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the enhancement and maintenance of the mobile application.
- Monitor operational and financial processes related to the mobile application and charging partners.
- Ensure charging map information and services are aligned with user and business needs.
3. Public Charging
- Support the planning and implementation of public charging station initiatives across outlets.
- Coordinate with charging service providers and relevant stakeholders on charging station deployment activities.
- Liaise with dealers regarding charging station setup and provide necessary coordination support.
- Monitor project progress across procurement, installation, and operational readiness phases.
- Support efforts to ensure charging station deployment timelines and operational requirements are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in EV infrastructure, energy, mobility, automotive, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with EV charging technologies, including AC and DC charging systems.
- Experience in stakeholder, vendor, or partner coordination is preferred.
- Exposure to mobile applications, digital platforms, or payment systems is an advantage.
- Experience in project coordination, implementation, or infrastructure deployment is beneficial.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
