Food & Beverage Service
- Welcome guests with a big smile and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and serve them promptly timing matters.
- Share menu recommendations, answer questions, and support guests with dietary needs.
- Keep tables looking fresh and inviting throughout the dining experience.
- Top up water, clear plates, and stay alert to guest needs during service.
Operational Support
- Help set up and pack down service areas, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
- Carry out opening and closing duties to keep operations running smoothly.
- Handle payments, process bills, and manage cash accurately and responsibly.
Guest Experience
- Respond to guest questions or concerns with a positive, calm, and solution-focused mindset.
- Build genuine connections with guests to create personalised moments and encourage them to come back again.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with hotel and local regulations.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs quickly to keep service safe and smooth.
Teamwork
- Work closely with teammates to deliver seamless service, even during busy shifts.
- Step in to support colleagues during peak hours, events, or special occasions.
