This is a full-time, on-site role in Johor Bahru for an F&B and Events Service Associate. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in the food and beverage department, assisting in the setup and execution of events, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences. The role involves collaborating with the team to meet guests needs, maintaining food service standards, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent overall guest experience.

• Experience in Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills
• Strong skills in Customer Service to address guest needs and enhance satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills for teamwork and guest interaction
• Detail-oriented, with organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or events coordination is a plus
• Proficiency in other languages is an advantage
