People
- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed and recommend revisions.
- Maintain at all times the highest standards of social skills.
- Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed.
Guest Experience
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and colleagues, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letter.
- Effectively carry out service recoveries or charge our colleagues to do so to ensure guest's satisfaction.
Responsible Business
- Operate office equipment such as copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filling systems for records, correspondence and other materials.
- Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
- Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activites
- Report any maintenance faults following the required steps.
