Job Description:
1) Administration
- To plan, monitor, update and consolidate all operational related documentation or reports
- Forecasting and planning on budgeting and monitoring on costing and wastages.
- F&B promotional plan and post mortem analysis.
- Staff food handler & typhoid update & expiry date and arrangement with staff health for follow-up injection
- Handle licensing and contracts
- To plan yearly training master list and ensure staffs to attend training accordingly.
- To manage staffs leaves, medical leaves, emergency leaves, annual leaves update.
2) Operations
- To support sales on revenue achievement, promotional planning and execution.
- To oversee in all operational related matters whenever required especially tray lines, F&B service at All Day Dining and Banquet.
- To oversee in banquet events booking, setup, meal ordering and meal arrangement or coordination with kitchen.
3) Customer Service
- To handle all customer feedback and provide corrective action to avoid same issues arisen in the future.
- To conduct service & F&B knowledge training to enhance good customer service skills is applied on daily operation.
4) General Hygiene and Food Safety
- To ensure PEST control task is carried out on regular basis.
- To ensure proper PPE is worn during operations.
- To ensure all ISO or tray meal is properly covered at all times.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree holder in Hospitality Management field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in F&B.
- Administrative work related experience is added advantage.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Self-motivated with positive attitude.
