Learn and master zubedy's in-house programmes, with the expectations to deliver selected modules independently within the first 3 months.
Conduct facilitation sessions that engage and inspire participants, following zubedy's guidelines and processes.
Build and grow relationships with key and main clients.
Develop and execute training journeys and timelines for clients.
Support business development efforts by making sales calls, attending client meetings together with the sales team, and presenting programmes to potential clients.
Present zubedy's services and tailor our training programs to meet client needs.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
HRDC TTT Certified and/or Accredited.
Passionate about teaching, sharing knowledge, and driving results.
Good presentation and public speaking skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in dealing with people.
Availability to teach/work on weekends and travel outstation.
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably with managerial experience in a corporate or business environment.
Comfortable with sales-related activities, including client-pitching, relationship-building, and follow-ups.
