Aufgabengebiet
- Manage and maintain all plant utilities (water, electricity, HVAC, compressed air, waste systems) to ensure reliability and performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimize downtime and extend asset life
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor energy consumption and drive efficiency initiatives and cost-saving programs
- Oversee facility services including building maintenance, cleaning, and site security
- Manage contractors and performance-based service agreements to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational requirements
- Lead improvement, expansion, and upgrade projects for facilities and utilities infrastructure
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure optimal systems performance and continuous improvement
- Prepare and manage budgets related to facilities and utilities operations and maintenance
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing utilities and facilities in manufacturing environments (preferably FMCG)
- Strong technical expertise in facility systems, utilities, and maintenance operations
- Proven leadership experience managing large engineering or technical teams
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and manufacturing compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, budgets, and maintenance strategies effectively
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
