Aufgabengebiet

  • Manage and maintain all plant utilities (water, electricity, HVAC, compressed air, waste systems) to ensure reliability and performance
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimize downtime and extend asset life
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor energy consumption and drive efficiency initiatives and cost-saving programs
  • Oversee facility services including building maintenance, cleaning, and site security
  • Manage contractors and performance-based service agreements to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational requirements
  • Lead improvement, expansion, and upgrade projects for facilities and utilities infrastructure
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure optimal systems performance and continuous improvement
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to facilities and utilities operations and maintenance

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing utilities and facilities in manufacturing environments (preferably FMCG)
  • Strong technical expertise in facility systems, utilities, and maintenance operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing large engineering or technical teams
  • Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and manufacturing compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, budgets, and maintenance strategies effectively
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
