Job Description: M&E Engineer

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the operation and troubleshooting on HVAC systems, including chilled and heating water systems. A strong understanding of building air handling units, pumps, and piping systems is essential. This role requires the ability to analyze and resolve operational issues efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HVAC system, operation, or a related field.

Proficient in the concepts, practices, and procedures related to HVAC and building facilities systems.

Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute complex tasks using sound judgment and experience.

Knowledge of Facilities Management Systems (FMS), including controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners to provide effective solutions.

Troubleshoot operational challenges in HVAC, chilled water, heating water, air handling, pump, and piping systems to maintain optimal performance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.
