Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machines to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility or production equipment issues.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, and systems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure the building facilities and production areas are clean, safe, and in excellent working condition at all times.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production machinery.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings.
- Basic carpentry, painting, and general repair skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting and scheduling.
- Certifications in electrical, plumbing, or industrial machinery maintenance.
