Manage day to day facilities management projects and work orders (facilities improvement projects, repair and maintenance) raised by SPX SOC/RC/Hubs.
Attend site visits with contractors for improvement projects, repair and maintenance
Attend AD HOC Visits e.g. BOMBA or DOSH inspection
Generate Bill of Quantities (line items to be improved/repair) for contractor's quotation corresponding to the relevant work orders
Project management - manage the end to end process of the repairs/improvement works .e.g working together with procurement to appoint the contractor, managing/supervising the contractors, managing operations team's expectation of the date of completion
Analyze and propose scheduled maintenance or process improvement for SPX facilities to reduce the overall cost for yearly repair works.
Requirements:
Have Diploma / Degree in Engineering / facility management or equivalent with at least 3-5 years relevant experiences.
Have basic understanding of managing building repairs and maintenance technical knowledge.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Prior experience in facility management / engineering.
