Facilities Specialist (Admin)

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and supervise plant utility system operation and maintenance to meet quality requirement.
2. Providing technical administration direction to Technicians or Technical Specialist or contractors in support of the operations.
3. Work with senior engineer or manager to define plant utility system towards operation excellency.
4. Provide improvement and optimize proposal to help system operation with more cost efficiency and productivity.
5. Support on all kinds of audit from customer internally or externally include ISO/OHSAS/Insurance/Local government.
6. Coordinating and work closely with Hookup Team, manufacturing equipment team to ensure all working execute smoothly and safely.
7. Any other task assigned by superior.

Job Qualification

1. sEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering management, office administration or equivalent
2. .Language: Fluent oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
3. .Experience: 34 years semiconductor industrial experience in utilities/building operations and maintenance
4. .Work location at Batu Kawan, Penang
