Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Technician located in Seremban. The Facilities Technician will oversee and conduct daily maintenance, repairs, and facility management tasks to ensure optimal building operations. Responsibilities will include equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime. The role also involves addressing and resolving facility-related issues promptly while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and general Building Maintenance
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair with a focus on minimizing system downtime
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and compliance protocols
• Technical certification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to handle on-site responsibilities at a manufacturing facility
