PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Inspect, maintain, test and troubleshoot facility

electrical systems including lighting, power distribution,

and office electrical infrastructure

. Respond to breakdowns, fault reports and requests

. Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor

. Ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols and

regulatory requirements

. Support facility operations through system optimization

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

. A0 Chargeman certification

. Minimum 2-5 years commercial/industrial experience

KEY SKILLS

. Electrical systems operation and maintenance

. Building power distribution and motor control systems

. Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities

. Vendor/contractor coordination and supervision

. Emergency response and critical system restoration
