Minimum qualification of a Professional Certificate, SPM/Vocational, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

Skills and Experience

• M&E Knowledge: Practical know-how in handling HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building repairs.

• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix equipment faults or system alarms quickly.

• Work History: Usually 1 to 3 years of hands-on building maintenance or factory utility experience. [
