What You'll Do
- Lead daily factory operations to meet production targets & delivery timelines.
- Improve productivity through process optimization, waste reduction & automation.
- Oversee manpower planning, training, coaching & performance management.
- Ensure ISO compliance, quality standards & smooth QA collaboration.
- Strengthen safety culture and ensure OSHA & environmental compliance.
- Manage preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
- Lead budgets, cost control initiatives & operational improvement projects.
What You Need
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 810 years experience in factory/production management; 5+ years in leadership.
- Strong background in ISO, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP & production analytics.
- Strong commitment to safety, Quality and teamwork.
