In this role as Plant Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end facility operations to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Direct daily operational functions to maintain output, delivery timelines, and efficiency metrics

• Lead, mentor, and organize production teams to foster high standards of workplace discipline and performance

• Execute continuous improvement strategies focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and cost control

• Partner with quality assurance teams to safeguard product standards and satisfy customer specifications

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations
