Qualification
At least 3 years of after-sales commissioning experience in non-standard automation; proven track record of independently completing equipment commissioning, and able to troubleshoot common electrical and mechanical issues independently.
Language requirement: proficient in both Chinese and English for daily and professional communication.
Able to travel domestically and internationally, and work on-site at client locations on day and night shifts for equipment handover and deployment.
Clear logical thinking, good teamwork spirit and customer service awareness.
Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new skills and technologies.
Capable of writing technical documents, operation manuals and related materials.
Responsibility
Drive the smooth transfer and introduction of automated equipment, resolve practical application issues, and provide professional technical support to customers.
Equipment transfer & introduction: verify acceptance standards and site conditions, conduct on-site installation and commissioning, perform mass production verification and optimization, and ensure delivery, acceptance and closed-loop management.
After-sales problem-solving: assist customers in resolving issues during equipment operation via on-site visits and remote communication, including debugging failures, performance optimization, compatibility handling, etc., to ensure stable equipment operation.
Customer training & communication: provide training on operation manuals and technical principles, and maintain regular communication with customers.
