Responsibilities
1) Overall management of Agroforestry farm.
2)Planning and strategizing for production goals and expansion.
3)Assist in budgeting and cost control.
4)Supervision of staff.
5)To maintain for Farm equipment, tools and systems.
6)Conducting routine farm maintenance.
Requirements
1) A high school diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum educational requirement.
Some positions may require a Diploma / Degree in agriculture, horticulture, perma-Culture, or a related field, especially for management and research roles.
2) Understanding of general agricultural practices, including soil preparation, soil mixing, and pest management, can be beneficial.
3) Familiarity with the operation of equipment and machinery used in agriculture cultivation, such as grass cutter,chainsaw,grass cutter,power tiller.
4) For cultivators, a strong understanding of the life cycle and growth requirements of various crops species is essential.
5) Administrative and management roles may require basic computer skills for record-keeping, inventory management, and communication.
6) Depending on the location of the farm and the job responsibilities, a valid driver's license may be required, especially for tasks like product delivery or procurement of supplies.
