Job Responsibilities :
- Design and develop fashionable footwear collections.
- Research market trends, colours, materials, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Work closely with the merchandising and production teams.
- Source materials and ensure designs meet quality standards.
- Liaise closely with the China factory coordinator on product development, sample approval, and production schedules.
- Present creative ideas and contribute to seasonal collections.
Requirements:
- Creative ,versatile, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate; experience with design software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of footwear design will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about fashion with a keen eye for trends.
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
