We're looking for a FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) Channel Manager to own the strategy, distribution, programming, growth, and monetization of our channel across major CTV/OTT platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Distribution

  • Develop and execute the overall FAST channel growth strategy
  • Manage distribution relationships across major FAST platforms (e.g., Roku Channel, Pluto TV, Tubi, Samsung TV Plus)
  • Identify and secure new platform partnerships and promotional opportunities
  • Oversee channel onboarding, metadata optimization, and compliance requirements

Programming & Content Optimization

  • Build and maintain programming schedules aligned with audience insights
  • Curate a content mix including instructional pickleball content, pro matches, behind-the-scenes features, and branded storytelling
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to produce and optimize original programming
  • Analyze viewing data to refine content strategy and maximize engagement

Monetization & Ad Operations

  • Optimize ad load, fill rate, and yield performance
  • Partner with ad sales teams and programmatic platforms to maximize revenue
  • Track and improve CPM performance and revenue KPIs
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance monetization

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance metrics including MAUs, watch time, retention, completion rates, and revenue
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Forecast revenue and audience growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with eCommerce, brand marketing, and social teams to align streaming efforts with product launches and campaigns
  • Integrate shoppable content opportunities and promotional integrations
  • Support sponsorship and branded content initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

The AI Edge: Experience working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or integrating machine learning models into consumer-facing products.
