As Fatigue Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining a fatigue control station and observing drivers remotely via a fatigue system involves overseeing the safety and compliance of drivers to ensure they are not at risk of fatigue while on the road.

How you create impact

  • Identifying potential hazards that can contribute to fatigue and assessing the associated risks
  • Implementing strategies to mitigate identified fatigue risks, such as rest breaks, improved scheduling, or environmental adjustments.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on fatigue-related events, performance, and other relevant factors to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all drivers/operators adhere to company policies regarding maximum driving hours, rest periods, and mandatory break times.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports summarizing fatigue events, training participation, and compliance rates.

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) practices.
  • Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Management or a related field.
  • Certified OSH Coordinator (preferred).
  • Proficient in both Malay and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.

Working Schedule:

  • Shift-based role:

○ Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

○ Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

  • Rotating shifts every 2 weeks (not fixed)
  • 6 working days, 1 off day (off day falls on Monday or Tuesday)
