Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end technical support and solution deployment of Broadcom chips (Switch/PHY/Storage) for customers in Penang, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1.Full-cycle customer technical support: Pre-sales solution selection, schematic/PCB review, reference design delivery; In-sales prototype bring-up, debugging, POC validation; Post-sales on-site troubleshooting, failure analysis and issue closure.
2.Cross-team collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing for customer visits, technical seminars, solution demos and POC management; drive project approval, mass production and volume ramp.
Requirements
1.Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related STEM.
2.Experience: 3+ years in networking/storage/hardware/FAE; Broadcom product expertise preferred.
3.Technical Skills
Solid foundation in high-speed circuits, analog/digital electronics.
Skilled with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, SI tools.
Proven ability in server/switch bring-up, debugging and troubleshooting.
4.Soft Skills: Excellent customer communication, on-site problem-solving and project driving skills; result-oriented.
5.Language: Fluent in Chinese and English(both as working languages)
