Field Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing external gig workers to ensure our clients operational objectives are consistently achieved. This includes hiring part-timers, monitoring their attendance and performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of all client projects. Client Operations Executive is also responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting gig workers while upholding high service standards and delivering timely, accurate reports.
What You'll Do:
1. Gig Worker Management & Support
- Assist in sourcing, selecting, onboarding, and training gig workers for client projects.
- Brief gig workers on clients requirements, standards, and expected outcomes.
2. Work Process & Performance Supervision
- Develop work processes, schedules, and deployment plans.
- Assign gig workers to designated locations and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Supervise daily operations and monitor gig workers attendance and performance
- Provide timely guidance to ensure quality execution aligned with client objectives.
3. On-Ground Monitoring
- Travel to assigned work sites to observe, supervise, and ensure smooth on-ground operations.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain workflow efficiency.
4. Coaching & Discipline
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching to gig workers when necessary.
- Address and manage disciplinary matters professionally to maintain productivity and standards.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, including recruitment progress summaries and other manpower-related documentation.
- Provide insights or recommendations to improve operational performance.
6. Team Contribution
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human resource management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience managing people or coordinating event manpower in university/college is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and able to travel to on groundwork locations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (ability to speak additional languages is a plus)
- Able to work under pressure and weekends when required
- Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in training and development
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and tracking
- Strong people management abilities with effective team supervision skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Skilled in developing recruitment plans to meet manpower needs
