About the job

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will be at the forefront of driving growth, focusing on new customer acquisition.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco's standard service level.
  • Work on full category compliance to maximise customer potential.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned to you by the manager.

Qualification

  • Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive Listening skills, Sales negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
  • Possess Own transport
  • Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
  • Minimum 2years sales experience in B2B environment and managing SME business portfolio
  • Salary range between RM3.3k-RM5.3k, including transport allowance and sales incentives
