About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing logistics team in Singapore. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in new business development within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new customers for our sea freight, contract logistics, and integrated supply chain solutions. Knowledge of air freight services will be a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive new business acquisition and revenue growth through proactive prospecting and sales activities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities across various industries

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits

  • Promote and sell international freight forwarding services, including sea freight (FCL/LCL Import & Export), contract logistics & warehousing solutions, supply chain solutions, and air freight services

  • Participate in RFQ/tender submissions

  • Conduct customer needs analysis and develop customized logistics solutions

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business opportunities

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers

  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

About you

  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry

  • Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of acquiring new customers and generating revenue growth

  • Strong knowledge of sea freight (Import & Export), contract logistics / warehousing solutions, supply chain management services, and air freight (Import & Export)

  • Existing customer network and industry contacts in Singapore preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (preferred)
