• Install, commission, calibrate, and test automation machinery with team members.

• Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.

• Perform spare parts replacement and basic machine maintenance.

• Provide on-site technical support and production assistance to clients.

• Monitor machine performance and submit timely reports and feedback.

• Ensure all service activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
