Job Description
Conduct installations, testing and commissioning of new analysers at customer's site.
· Plan and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and service contract.
· Attend to breakdown calls and provide solution to solve the technical matters.
· Deliver timely and reliable service support to customers.
· Provide after-sales services and support to customers by responding to customer needs and building rapport with customers and end-users.
· Ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance.
Requirements:
· Must possess at least diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
· Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in technical field but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Able to work in fast-paced environment independently.
· Demonstrate good skills in critical thinking, proactive in problem solving and creative in providing solutions.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work independently and willing to work exceeding normal working hours when required.
· Possess own transport and willing to travel in short notice.
· Working experience in laboratory or hospital maintenance based or healthcare environment will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
