Field Services Engineer

Job Scope

• Install, test and commission new equipment at customers sites.
• Carry out equipment assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrade and preventive maintenance.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
• Provide and maintain good customer service to customers.

Requirement

• Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair
• Able to write simple reports
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Able to work after office hours when required
• Able to go on business trip within Malaysia and overseas within short notice when it is required
