PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinating with engineers/lead technician for customer call out, customer station maintenance, project execution and system commissioning
- Responsible for maintenance of customer station completion according to schedule, and completion of field report.
- Able to trouble-shoot major maintenance issue, telemetry system and provide cost effective idea to perform work.
- Repair leaks and defects for pressurized system and piping.
- Provide continuous improvement idea for project and maintenance.
- Perform piping and skid fabrication work and equipment installation work, when required.
- Responsible for workshop safety and cleanliness
- Responsible to drive & care of company vehicles or personal vehicles within his authorization at any time required
- May require to perform welding, brazing, motor and pump servicing if competence.
- Participate and support all activities related to GDPMD / Medical Devices.

- Stop, correct, and report hazards or unsafe acts.
- Make EH&S suggestions to their supervisor/team leader.
- Participate in EH&S audits and inspections.
- Know and maintain good housekeeping standards in their area.
- Assist in development and completion of safe work methods.
- Complete required EH&S training activities.
- Properly use and maintain required personal protective equipment.
- Assist in the development of EH&S goals and objectives for their team.
- Give full support to the EH&S Management System.
Job Requirements
- Education: Min Higher Diploma with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from vocational schools or related qualification.
- Language: Fluent in English both spoken and written, local language (eg. Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesian/Mandarin) is an added advantage
- Experience: Min 8 years working experience in related field, with Industrial gases background or related industry experience as advantage.
- Hard Skills/Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Visio/Excel). Able to prepare simple schematic drawings of piping layout and simple budgetary excel.
- Certifications/Licenses: Welding skill and basic electrical wiring is added advantage
- Others: Able to work independently, able to travel to customer site on short notices for reasonable period of time. Good with hands on activities and site work. Able to coordinate contractor on site.
